Jayne’s interest in and knowledge of property was kindled when she worked on a large country estate in Worcestershire. The estate covered several thousands of acres and contained magnificent country houses, farms, cottages and follies. Part of Jayne’s role was helping to assess, cost and organise maintenance and repair works on all estate properties, learning how contruction methods evolved over centuries of building styles. She has since managed her own self build project.

Jayne joined Stacks in 2002 and worked at head office learning the skills of the property buying profession before embarking on opening her own office. Jayne loves the mesh of bringing people and property together and believes that to be a successful buying agent starts not with the search for bricks and mortar, but developing a relationship with her clients and really digging in to, and interpreting their hopes and expectations.

Jayne is well known across the region; she was born and has lived here all her life in different locations. She has acquired a great range of property for clients who regularly refer other clients to her. She has a good rapport with agents and clients regularly take advantage of her knowledge of properties which are about to come onto the market and those that are being sold very quietly.
